Papas con Chorizo - Potatoes with Chorizo Sausage

4 cups potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch square pieces
1 lb chorizo sausage or Italian sausage
1/2 teaspoon annatto (achiote) or paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Skin chorizo or Italian sausage and cut into 2-inch pieces. Heat sausage in a saucepan over high medium for 15 minutes. Add potatoes, annatto or paprika, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir occasionally. Cook for 45 minutes over low heat. Serve with rice.
